Cream cheese
Cut up strawberries

Preparation
Give each student a piece of bread, 2 oz of cream cheese, and about 2 cut-up strawberries
Allow some time for the student to flatten their bread with the rolling pin or their hands
Have them spread the cream cheese onto their bread
Then have them put their cut-up strawberries on their bread
Demonstrate how to roll their bread and have them try it on their own
Finally, place a toothpick to prevent the roll-up from opening
The teacher will cook them during nap time by dipping them in an egg batter, then melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet/pan over medium-high heat. They will add some roll-ups to the skillet, cooking until all sides are golden brown for about 3-4 minutes, adding more butter as needed. And topping it off with a pinch of powdered sugar.
